What's the minimum order?
Our smallest tier starts at 10 boxes ($52/box). Many clients start with 10–20 as a test order before scaling up to 100+ at $40/box.
Can I add my logo or company name?
Yes. Every box at every tier includes a co-branded note card with your logo and a personalized message. Custom packaging is available for larger orders — ask about it in your quote.
How fast can you turn around an order?
5 days for orders under 50 boxes. 2 weeks for orders of 50+. For time-sensitive holidays (Mother's Day, Christmas), we recommend ordering 3 weeks out to be safe.
Can I send each box to a different address?
Yes. We support both models: ship direct to each recipient (you provide the list) or ship in bulk to your office and you handle distribution. Direct-to-recipient is the most common choice for realtors and insurance agents.
Do you have a sample I can see first?
Yes. For orders of 50+ we'll send a free sample box once you fill out the quote form. For smaller orders, sample boxes are $30 (refunded against your first order).
Can each note be personalized to the recipient?
Yes — we use a template with variable fields like recipient name and your sign-off, so every card feels personal without slowing down production.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is calculated separately and depends on quantity, ship-to model, and destinations. We pass actual cost through — no markup. You'll see the exact figure in your quote.
