Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime with no hassle. Simply log into your account and follow the “cancel subscription” directions.

Please note: You will need to cancel prior to your monthly renew date. If you cancel on or after your monthly renew date, then you will still receive the next month’s box, but your subscription will be canceled after that.

At this time, we don’t offer individual box customization—but every Senior Joy Box is thoughtfully curated with seniors in mind. We choose items that are universally engaging, comforting, and enjoyable for a wide range of personalities and abilities.

We do not offer refunds. All Senior Joy Boxes and Shop items are final sale, and once an order has been placed we cannot accommodate returns, refunds or exchanges. Each Senior Joy Box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care, and because of the nature of our subscription model, all sales are final. We encourage you to reach out with any concerns, we’re committed to ensuring every box brings joy and dignity to its recipient.
